• Any graduate, diploma in management is more preferred.
• Ability to communicate with Myanmar and English.
• Must be computer literate, especially in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
• Minimum (3) years in Operation Management & (3) years in Managerial level. (Prefer experience in Agriculture Fields).
• Time management skills, organizational skills.
• Decision-making, and problem-solving ability.
• Must have a driving license and able to drive most types of vehicles.
• Must be able to travel if needed.
• Lead the production, warehouse/logistics and sale & marketing functions.
• Able to work under pressure and a good team leader.
• Matured, good communication and leadership skills, and a sense of responsibility.
• Knowledge of operational management and operational excellence is a must.
• Strong problems solving skills, good policy review, and knowledge of updated laws & regulations.
Job Description
• The General Manager is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures and reports to Management and is responsible for providing office operation services of all branches (Yangon, Mandalay, Myawaddy).
• Organize office operations and procedures.
• Liaise with supplier agencies, organizations, and groups.
• Looking for new branch office building and business area if required.
• Manage and control for new & renewal of suppliers, and branch office rental contracts as per direction.
• Plan and implement office systems, layout, and equipment procurement.
• Must have experience to build good communication with government office.
• Other duties as per management instructions and new project support.
