• Science graduate with 01st Grade or an Engineer with degree in Mechanical
• Age between (25) to (45) years
• Proficiency with software including Having Microsoft Office
• Minimum (7) years’ experience in quality department as a Supervisory Role
• Having knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and GMP will
be an advantage for this position
• More preferred who lives near job location area
• Ensure at the beginning of the Shift, get the information of the
previous results, any outstanding issues & any upcoming events. And
ensure the right information has been passed to the reliever.
• Update the Shift attendance timely and report out any abnormality to
the Shift Manager/Production Selection Lead.
• Always be in contact with the Hot End Staff if there are any quality
issues. Also remain in contact with any false rejections from the
Inspection Machines & re-set up/new set up of challenge samples.
• Ensure the defect sample of the non-confirming product is kept for
the reference.
• Ensure the break time of the shift team is being controlled.
• Ensure that the QA/QC Staff doing the routine sample checking &
challenge sample testing.
• Ensure the right packaging material is being used for the pack wares
& an appropriate pallet id sticker is being pasted over the pallets by
the packing staff.
• Ensure right cavity been rejected by the QC personnel & the right
pallet has been put on hold.
• Management of the Rework (Resort) Pallets and ensure good quality
after the re-work (Resort).
• Ensure that the quality of glass ware produced meets or exceeds
customer requirements by having spot checks.
• Ensure the documents for the product selection are in place &
generate the reports of the Pallets Packed in the shift. Also ensure
the records are filled by QA/QC in an appropriate way.
• Maintain safe work environment by following standards and procedures
and complying with legal regulations & ensure the Hygiene &
Cleanliness been maintained at the work place.
• A Team Player with Positive Approach and Can-Do Attitude.
• Other activities as deemed fit to support overall Quality Excellence programs
