• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• At least (5) years’ experience in Mining Industrial
• Superb written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Completion of a formal, industry-specific training program.
• Demonstrable experience as a field officer.

• Strong verbal, written, and statistical skills.
• Exceptional supervision and relationship-building abilities.

Job Description

• Formulating evaluative resources to guide your fieldwork.
• Inspecting delivery sites to ascertain the appropriateness of
contemporary conditions.
• Conferring with project beneficiaries and support staff to evaluate
uptake, pitfalls, and areas necessitating expansion.
• Collecting samples, where possible, for subsequent inspection.
• Inputting data into suitable software and then arranging this to
facilitate analysis.
• Extracting and reporting on data-driven conclusions for each salient
undertaking.
• Revising and creating novel implementations that cover shortfalls in
extant initiatives.
• Updating your expertise by employing a proactive approach to learning.
• Provide strong guidance and contribute to cost, and reliability projects
• Participation in various design meetings and reviews (discipline
coordination and status reviews, Process Hazards Analyses)
• Reports and documents issues
• Provide implementation technical training to end users and system
administrators
• Provide customer support for basic Business Object report writing
• Implementation support for new sites
• Contribute to process and best practice documentation
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and publish a
standard set of reports for the management team to use.
