• LLB (or) Diploma in Business Law

• Make a variety of contracts with contractor or supplier
• Ensure the organization's internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained
• Can discuss both legal and business matters with contractor or supplier
• Can provide advice and guidance to the different teams relating to contract generation
• Can create, prepare review and edit all contracts.
