• Minimum Bachelor’s degree holder
• Preferably studied Business, Economics or Marketing
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Email
• Professional working proficiency in Myanmar and English is a must
• At least (7) years of demonstrated experience.
• Substantial Management experience in retail business or similar
• High levels of drive, energy, and resilience.
• Good analytical, communication, and behavioral skills
• Proven ability to oversee, plan, coordinate, direct, and review all aspects of retail operations.
• Must have sound knowledge of geographic, demographic, and consumer behaviors
• The main job and responsibility of the is to ensure the optimal performance and results of the operations of the Company
• The job will include managing and coordinating different departments within the company.
• The COO will have authority over ALL departments of the company, except for finance & accounting, which will be managed by the CFO and CEO.
• Also responsible for improving and securing the functionality of the business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.
• The COO must have strong execution skills and interpersonal skills so that results can be achieved while the people in the company grows.
