• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field, MBA is more preferable
• Age above (38) years
• Mush have (10) years’ experience in an administrative GM or Head of Admin role, with progressive responsibility
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
• Strong management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent English Communication Skills.
• Direct and oversee all aspects of the organization’s administrative functions
• Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation of the department and company
• Manage and coordinate administrative projects as needed, such as office renovations or re-locations
• Supervise and train administrative staff, including receptionists and other support personnel
• Controlling Fixed Assets & Employee Benefits Managements.
• Manage inventory of office supplies and organize purchasing of new material
• Monitor costs and expenses & handling company license & permit & contracts & car license
• Dealing Government Office as needed
• Negotiate contracts and rates with vendors and service providers
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment, ordering new supplies and equipment as needed
• Prepare and manage budgets for the administrative department
• Coordinate travel arrangements for employees and clients
• Generate reports and presentations as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Working Hours : 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
