• Minimum, bachelor degree in any discipline, preferably in science/food technology and or engineering.
• Minimum of (8) years managerial experience food manufacturing, preferably in seafood processing including the following areas of
expertise :
o Technical seafood processing operations
o Administrations management and human resource development.
o Food quality, food safety and food security management.
o Facilities and utilities management
o Occupational safety, health, environment compliance and management.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the seafood manufacturing
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of customer needs.
• Decision making and problem solving.
• Good communication skill (written and verbal) with a wide range of people effectively at all levels.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and managerial skills
• Ability to work under in busy and stress environment.
• Creative, innovative and teamwork.
• Pleasant friendly and fatherly personality.
• Design strategy, set policies, processes and set goals for business growth.
• Manage operational, investment, capital expenditure, productions planning and sales budgets and optimize expanses.
• Oversee and evaluate day to day operation performance and monitoring.
• Coaching, mentoring, advisory, motivating and ensure employee work productivity continuously develop.
• Lead and evaluate value added, value engineering operations activity with continuous improvement plan and financial performance.
• Oversee recruitment and training of all employee.

• Addressing and providing solutions to operational issues (e.g. customer complaints, technical trouble shooting, and etc.)
