• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum (3) years of experience in Python development
• Fluency or understanding of Python for Backend development
• Experience with web frameworks such as Django or Flask
• Understanding of OOP, software design patterns, clean code architecture
• Understanding of both relational and NoSQL database technologies
• Understanding of RESTful API design
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Understanding of web technologies, protocols, and standards
(HTTP/HTTPS, WebSocket, CORS, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and
deploy new features and products
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards
• Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues
• Work with the team to implement best practices for software
development, testing, and deployment
• Mentor and guide junior developers
• Participate in continuing education and training to remain current
on best practices and recent technologies, and better assist other
team members
