• Any graduate can apply but needs to have a minimum of (3) years experience in a similar field or relevant documentation or Diploma in Air-con servicing and repairing subjects
• Must be specialized as mechanical engineer or electrical power engineer.
• Must specialize in areas such as the design and operation of air-con and ventilation systems.
• Must have interpersonal skills and good relations.
• Able to work well in a team.
• To assist in doing regular maintenance of all Pumps, Fan, Office Air-con.
• To assist in repairing & preparing the Air-con ready for the replacement in case of spoilage in the units.
• To fabricate parts of Air-con units to meet special needs of replacing some valuable parts.
• To do installation of new Air-con equipment and systems when upgrading existing facilities.
• To handle the Air-con complaint and routine servicing by coordinating with Senior Supervisor.
• To check all the maintenance and Engineering system and inform the head of Department.
• To plan to order equipment, parts, and consumables for maintain inventory and ensuring availability of items required to finish the installation and repair work in time and emergency repairs.
• To perform the other duties assigned by Management.
