• Any graduate
• Age under (30) years.

• Minimum (2) years’ experience in Customer Service related background in any sector especially in After Sales Service.
• Good Personality, Good Hygiene & Grooming.
• More preferred for positive attitude, a can-do attitude, willing to
learn, obedient & hard working.
• Accommodation will be provided if necessary.
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way
• Identify the root cause of complaints nature and works closely with
internal teams to solve problems and respond to customer requests and questions. Responsible for handling escalated phone calls, complaints, and other situations.
• Update on internal database with technical issue and useful
discussion with customer
• Ensure the inventory stocks and delivery schedules are in align and
are delivered to customer in timely manner
• Develops relationships with customers.
• Prepares reports for decision-making.
• Other duties as Assigned
