• Any Graduate
• Conversational level in English
• Computer literacy advantageous
• Over (3) years experiences in Commercial Cleaning Supervisor or similar role
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Handle complaints and feedback from clients.
• Handle assignment of tasks & inspect work done by cleaners daily.
• Coordinate and liaise with office management team as needed
• Efficiently control and check cleaning equipment condition.
• Train cleaners and team leaders on service standards.
• Conduct weekly Quality Assurance Audits at sites
• Report all maintenance defects immediately to the Operations Manager.
