• B.Sc (Chemistry, IC), Engineering Chemistry, Bio Chemistry or Other related field in Science.
• Age between (25) to (35) years.
• Good communication skill in English.
• Familiar with basics of MS Office.
• Awareness of ISO 9001 and personal hygiene.
• Must have minimum (3) years’ experience in manufacturing industry with QC role.
• Experience in Glass, Ceramic, Tiles, Pharma Industry will be an added advantage.
• Familiar with the Quality Inspection Roles.
• Familiar with ISO 9001/14001/FSSC22000 systems.
• Understanding of manufacturing methods and procedures.
• Good Personality, Good Hygiene & Grooming, Non-Smoker.
• More preferred who lives near job location area.
• Maintain safe work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations & ensure the Hygiene & Cleanliness been maintained at the work place.
• Read the specifications carefully & ensure the availability of the
Gauges in the line.
• Ensure that the hourly sampling is being done for the Glass Bottles as per the set Quality Checks (Weight, Rub Test) & reports non-conformance to the Product Selection Supervisor and at the same time communicate the same to Hot End for the Rectifications.
• Ensure that the testing gauges/equipment are used correctly at all times.
• Ensure the right cavity no. is rejected in lehr for the
non-conforming product.
• Liaise with Product Selection Supervisor/or Shift Managers to
determine acceptability of products produced.
• Time to time validate the bottles being rejected by the sighers.
• Ensure the presence in line all the times and follow up the break times as per the schedule provided.
• Work closely with other QC Staff of the other lines & encourage the team work to support the business needs.
• At the end of the shift, ensure proper communication is being done with the reliever.
• Assume any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Off Days : Saturday, Sunday and Gazette Holidays
