• Any Graduate
• Age under (30) years.
• Able to speak Chinese.
• Familiar with office tools (Excel, Word and PPT)
• More than (1) year of relevant experience in Entertainment Field
• Have a basic understanding of training work
• Have good communication and coordination skills and ability towithstand pressure
• Assist in customizing employee training plans;
• Responsible for employee training, results tracking and evaluation
• Conduct weekly interviews with new employees and check PDCA submission status
• Collection of training resources, curriculum development, etc.
• Assist with other work matters within the department.
