• Any graduate
• Fluency in English Language (4) Skills.
• Over (10) years of experience in international pre-school settings.
• Must have minimum (3) years of experience as the Head of a school (or) (5) years of experience as the Deputy Head of a school.
• Leadership skills & Effective communication.
• Curriculum development expertise.
• Personnel management.
• Adherence to professional conduct standards
• Supervise the afterschool program as directed by the Board. Work five
days per week, Monday through Friday, and coordinate and supervise
weekend activities as needed.
• Refrain from pursuing business activities in competition with the school without prior disclosure to the Board.
• Collaborate with the School staff to direct and nurture team members.
• Communicate effectively with parents to achieve excellent academic performance.
• Submit monthly and other specific reports as requested by the Board.
