Training Program Development
Collaborate with product development and sales teams to understand product features, updates, and common issues. Design and develop comprehensive training materials, lesson plans, including manuals, videos, presentations, and other resources. (Minimum one lessons plan per day for different curriculum and subjects)
Customer Training
Conduct on-site and virtual training sessions for customers, ensuring a thorough understanding of product functionalities. Provide hands-on demonstrations and simulations to enhance customer learning.
Customer Surveys Feedback & Continuous Improvement
Gather feedback from teachers, principal, and education institutes to identify areas for improvement in advanced education level and training programs. Collaborate with sales teams to implement improvements and updates based on feedback.
Documentation
Create and maintain documentation for training programs, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures. Regularly update training materials, lesson plan and different curriculum to reflect product updates and improvements.
Onsite or Remote Support
Go to customer sites or provide remote support, troubleshooting issues and offering guidance as needed.
