• Graduates of Bachelors Degree of any Science or Engineering related courses, Preferred B. Sc or M. Sc (Chemistry, Bio Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Industrial Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering). Certified is an advantage.
• Adequate communication skills in English and Myanmar
• Minimum with at least (1) year experience working in laboratory with related field.
• Preferred with (2) or more years of intensive experience working in laboratory with food manufacturing environment or related field.
• Responsible for the accurate and timely testing service of laboratory according to the approved parameters, test methods, procedures, in support the attainment of premium product standards, sanitary and food hygienic practices conforming to the Quality and Food Safety Standards. The function includes the proper sampling, testing, monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting of the lab equipment and all of its auxiliaries according to established test method, standard operating procedures and safety practices.
• Responsible to ensure that the Food Safety and Quality Management System the company is complying with are designed, adequately maintained and continuously improved are implanted across the organization.
• Act as the Deputy Food Safety and Quality Management Systems Representative for the Plant.
• Educated all levels within their organization with the Food Safety and Quality Management System and their pre-requisite requirements.
• Ensures the effectiveness of all Food Safety and Quality Management System.
• Manage and coordinate the compliance and/or certification process against ISO9001: 2008 and FSSC 22000 implemented in the Plant.
• Reports related issues and undertake process improvements by initiating and undertaking periodic review to assess continued suitability of the Food Safety and Quality Management System to Top Management.
• Supervise and periodically appraises the job performance of the Technical Support Specialist and Document Controller.
• Supports other relevant activities connected with or in compliance to Food Safety and Quality Management System.
• Conducts the following functions in connection to the basic requirements of Food Safety and Quality Management System.
• Build internal and external customer relationship in a professional manner through solution-oriented communications and service.
• Participate in cross functional meeting, management review and quality system review.
• Maintain document and record as required by the Plant good documentation practices.
