• Business Management Certificate (or) Diploma ရရှိထားသူ ဖြစ်ရပါမည်။

• Computer Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet & Email အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရပါမည်။
• ဆေးကုမ္ပဏီတွင် လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (၇) နှစ် ရှိရပါမည်။
• Problem Solving skill ကျွမ်းကျင်ပြီး under stress condition တွင် ကောင်းမွန်စွာ လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
• Communication skill, Leadership & Teamwork ကောင်းမွန်သူ ဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
• နယ်ခရီးထွက်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
• Company goals & strategy များကို လိုက်နာပြီး Marketing Activities များ အဖြစ်သို့ အကောင်ထည်ဖော်ဆောင်ရွက်ရပါမည်။
• အကောင်ထည်ဖော်ဆောင်ရွက်ထားသော Sales & Marketing Activities များကို Monitor, Review & Report လုပ်ပေးရပါမည်။
• Potential Market Survey ပြုလုပ်ခြင်းနှင့် Market Growth ဖြစ်အောင် ဆောင်ရွက်ပြီး Round Table Meeting, Event Planning, Webinar, Conference, CME များ အကောင်ထည်ဖော် ဆောင်ရွက်ရပါမည်။
• Monthly Sales Target Incentive များ ချမှတ်နိုင်ပြီး Supervisor, MR, SR များကို Sales Target ပြည့်မှီအောင် ကြီးကြပ်ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးနိုင်ရပါမည်။
• KPI များ ချမှတ်ပြီး Team Members များ၏ Performance များကို လေ့လာစောင့်ကြည့်ပြီး Weekly, Monthly Report လုပ်ပေးနိုင်ရပါမည်။
• Daily Operational Activity များကို SOP များ ချမှတ်ပြီး Effective & Efficient ဖြစ်အောင် စီမံဆောင်ရွက်ရပါမည်။
• Key Doctors များနှင့် မိမိကိုယ်တိုင် Relation ကောင်းအောင် တည်ဆောက်နိုင်ပြီး အပတ်စဉ် လစဉ် လိုအပ်သလို သွားရောက်တွေ့ဆုံနိုင်ရပါမည်။
• Manager & Management team ကို အချိန်နှင့် တပြေးညီ Report တင်ပြနိုင်ရပါမည်။
