• Any Graduated with ISO, HACCP, and Food Safety Background.
• Age between (25) to (35) years old.
• Certificate in Document Control.
• Data organization and Good communication skills in English.
• Familiar with the basics of MS Office.
•
Minimum (1) year of experience in the manufacturing industry as a
Document Controller, Administrative Assistant, or in related role.
• Familiar with ISO standards is advantages.
• Accuracy is crucial in document control to ensure the correct versions of documents are maintained and distributed.
• Record keeping skills to track the changes, Revisions, and approvals for various documents.
• Good teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of manufacturing methods and procedures
• Good Personality, Good Hygiene & Grooming.
• More preferred who lives near job location area
• Maintain an organized document control system, ensuring documents are easily accessible and up to date.
• Create, revise, and update documents as needed, maintaining version control.
• Review and ensure document comply with company standards and ISO requirements.
• Manage document change requests, coordinating review and approval processes.
• Distribute approved documents to related personnel and departments.
• Facilitate documents audit and ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirement.
• Assist in the development and improvement of document control procedure.
• Provide training to employees on document control procedures.
• Support the QMR by assisting the QMS and FSSC related works like preparing documents, training outline and team discussion.
• Supports and assist to QMR for Internal Audits, Customer Audits and External Audit.
•
Coordinate all activities related to the Document Controller Procedure.
Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the
information is accurate and up to date.
• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of the agreement.
• Assume any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
•
Maintain a safe work environment by following standards and procedures
and complying with legal regulations & ensuring Hygiene &
Cleanliness are maintained at the workplace.

Working Hours : 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Off Days : Saturday, Sunday and Gazette Holidays
